Gavin's role at Xcaliba is to help develop long term relationships with clients and ensure all projects are delivered to the highest quality. This means that any project, large or small, is approached in the same way and given the same amount of thought and respect that it deserves. When working with clients, part of his role is to assess the brief for any one project and provide the best possible solution which sometimes means producing different elements of a project across many different processes. With 30 years experience in the print industry, including 11 years within the Print Management environment, Gavin is well placed to approach any project with an open mind and investigate any process with confidence.

Stephen Smith

With a background in running various print and packaging companies, Stephen's role at Xcaliba is to take care of the sales function of the company, ensuring that every project we deliver is produced to the highest possible standards. Stephen firmly believe it is the processes, quality control procedures and attention to detail that we maintain as a matter of course that set us apart from our competitors.

​​​​Ewan McCowen 

​

Ewan is a sales and marketing professional with extensive experience working in SMEs. In 2014 he participated in an executive education program at Babson College through the Saltire Fellowship. Ewan oversees the sales activity in each of the companies and leads on all the acquisitions.

Richard Skedd

Richard is a life-long print professional with experience both in production and print management. He is extensively networked with our supplier base. He oversees the supplier strategy, the account management and our production process across the Group.

Elliot George 

​

Elliot is an experienced Director with extensive experience in both the corporate and SME worlds. He has a background in print management and publishing, including roles in the largest print management companies in the world. He oversees the design and implementation of our back office platform.​​
