“James Hull Associates has been supported by Xcaliba for the last 10 years. During this time, strong business relationships were created. Xcaliba have always met the SLA’s that they set and have proved to be extremely competitive in their pricing. They have always been extremely helpful and courteous and have been pleasure to have as one of our key suppliers.”

75 Practices – 400 Dentists – 375 printed pieces

The brief

To find an efficient and cost effective way for the practices to order stationery and marketing materials.

The challenge

  • 75 practices with staff of varying experience ordering printed materials by fax.

  • Orders collated throughout a month and then processed together creating long lead times.

  • Over 400 dentists requiring business cards complete with their qualifications, working variable hours often at more than one practice. Issues with time taken to get proof approval.

  • Practices were unaware of the materials available to them or being used by other practices.

  • Practices were unaware of the cost of the materials they were ordering including despatch costs.

Our solution

  • Using m2o, our on-line ordering system, authorised staff have a secure log-in which gives then on-line access, including visual references, for all the materials available to their specific practice.

  • The system allows them to create business cards and see the proof on screen immediately. This can then be actioned immediately or saved and printed for the dentist’s subsequent approval.  Other practice specific materials can also be created and approved in real time.

  • Orders are placed into a shopping basket which clearly identifies the cost, including delivery, before the order is finally confirmed.

  • Orders are processed as received and despatched within an agreed 7 working days.

  • Practice Managers and Business Managers can review materials created for other practices.
